Glock's fourth production full-automatic firearm, the Glock 302 Machine Pistol is loaded in the incredibly heavy (for a machine pistol) 12mm load. In fact, in full-auto, this weapon is uncontrollable, even with the heavy barrel weights and compensation. Glock recommends it's use in semi-auto and three-round burst modes only, although the heavy weights and design do help reduce strain in full auto, it still bucks like crazy. (Use the standard recoil rules, Recoil is 14 in full auto one-handed, but the compensation gives you +4 on your Strength Feat roll).
