This is anything but a highly technical or even remotely useful webpage. It is a collection of pictures of guns that we’ve found to look damn sweet.

It is an outlet for firearms fetishism of the basest kind.
GunPorn focuses entirely on photos of firearms with simple descriptions. The photo is really the key point of each post, the descriptive text basically offered as an after-thought for those with piqued interests from the photo so you know what to look for when you google for more information.
There is no political content on this site. The 2nd Amendment means absolutely nothing to me. DreadGazebo.com and the vast majority of the websites contained on it are Canadian. We don’t have a second amendment, and said US Constitutional Amendment has zero impact on my life. A photoblog has nothing to do with politics, it’s about pretty pictures.

I disagree with your opening statement . This site IS useful especially for people living in benighted countries like the UK where the firearms themselves are treated like murderers rather than the people who fire them! I hardly ever get the chance to examine a real firearm so will be returning to this site often to look at the crisp pictures here. Well done.
This site is also good for a reference for 3d modeling firearms.
or for drawing guns. guns are great.
