2210 A.D. is run primarily by myself, M Jason "HellHound" Parent. In addition there is material here that has been developed by some of our 2210 play groups - the blame for these items can be partially moved over to Leonard "Half-Mad" Briden and Denise "Dextra" Robinson. I've been tweaking games since I was a kid. I've been playing 2210 since it was released, and have played at several tournament games, including making it to the finals in the 2003 Championships at Gen Con where I scored a sweet plexiglass 2210 board that we play on (although the offical accounts of the event credit Shane Strait with my accomplishments).
I was contracted to write a series of strategy and alternate rules articles for RISK 2210 for Paizo Publishing's "Undefeated" magazine. Unfortunately, only the first of these articles ever saw print, as the magazine closed up after issue 10, the issue with my first strategy article in it.
The first article in the set (and the only one published) was a basic introduction to the game concepts and turn sequence of 2210, along with the most basic strategy of global domination (seen very frequently in the early rounds of tournament play) - the moon shot.
