Arcadia Machine & Tool 1159 Tactical
Arcadia Machine and Tool’s last major handgun prior to their acquisition by Colt in 2016. An obvious precursor to the Colt AMT 2000 series, the AMT 1159 is an 11.5mm caseless automatic.
One of the few handguns chambered in the powerful 11.5mm caseless round introduced by Benelli in 2015. The AMT 1159 is the precursor to the powerful Colt AMT series of 12mm handguns, and is the gun that drew Colt’s attention to Arcadia Machine & Tool in the first place.
A short-barrel version of the AMT 1159, the Tactical model isn’t quite small enough to be easily concealed, but it is a much more comfortable carry gun. The light weight, however, tends to make the gun somwhat more difficult to control in combat.

This is what guns are about. When I see people weeping over those new subcaliber toys like the Browning THV I think back to the big boys like this. Sure the micormunitions are nice for poking holes in body armor, but when you need to stop a vampire DEAD in it’s tracks, you need something with kick.

Kick indeed. Enough that the little boy is hard to keep in your hand when the going gets tough. I’d rather be able to hit what I’m shooting at.

This is a very nice pistol, even thought, as Vagrant said, the recoil is a bitch. Ofcource my cyberarm with a gyromount makes that a non-issue. Also the clip capacity is little small, but you can’t expect more from a gun this “small” and the shorter barrel makes this a little more comfartable to carry in a shoulder holster.
